Strength

Some days are worse than others but that doesn't matter, what really matters is that you lift yourself back up again. Recovery is not a straight line and there will be many ups and downs but the end result is always worth it. Everyone has relapses and its part of recovery but what you need to remember is that they will always make you stronger. Relapses teach us things that we need to carry with us so we don't make the same mistakes again.

Lifting yourself up, carrying on, getting through the day and eating that meal may take every bit of strength you have but it will get easier, I promise. Just make sure you have some sort of support like family, friends or a counsellor because you will need someone to talk to through all of this and to help you when you want to quit.

I am currently have to use all my strength to get through the day and to eat and to be honest its exhausting but I know I have to keep going for myself, for my family, for my friends, for my happiness and for my future.
